Good eventide lord's and ladies. My name's Carl and i'm from Manchester, England. I have lived all over the UK but now reside in my humble abode in Manchester with my beautiful wife and trouble-making son. I went to university and got my degree then did alot of rubbish jobs until I found my calling as a chef. I have worked in 5 star hotels and michelin stars and will now open my own place in 2-3 months (EXCITING!).
